Below is the detailed description of our Terms of Service

Payments

Purchase price must be over $50.00.

Additional payments accepted: Venmo, Zelle, or Postal money orders.

You must message me first, if inquiring about any of these.

Shipping Cost

$55.00 (FedEx Priority Overnight) - LAG
$40.00 (FedEx Express 2-Day) - NO LAG

$33.00 (FedEx Express Saver) - NO LAG (Usually 3 day delivery)

$0.00 (Local Pick Up) 
 

Shipping Days

Wednesday and Thursday via overnight
Tuesday and Wednesday via 2 - Day

 

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

TOS for Sales of Reptiles:

Overnight shipping ONLY - Live Arrival Guarantee. We are not responsible for carrier delays/mistakes (i.e. delivered to the wrong address).

 

TOS for Sales of Arachnids:

Overnight shipping ONLY - 

Live Arrival Guarantee when the following conditions are met: - Temperatures in your area are no higher than 98 degrees and no lower than 30 degrees - The packages arrives the day after departure (Example: Package leaves Monday and arrives Tuesday) - Any DOA must be reported within 6 hours of the package's arrival/pickup with photo evidence (pin through the abdomen, or specimen/s cut in half). In the event of a DOA, the specimen will be replaced, or, if no replacements are available, the cost of the tarantula only will be refunded, NOT shipping cost/s. I may require a DOA specimen to be shipped back at the buyer's expense. Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday for Overnight. I will not ship USPS, nor 2-day shipping.

Payment Plans

We offer payment plans on anything we sell over $500. We are flexible when it comes to a time line to pay for an animal. However once entered into a payment plan there are no refunds. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued a credit towards a future purchase.

Health

We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong, please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 8 hours of arrival, we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
 

Carrier

We are not responsible for carrier delays/mistakes (i.e. delivered to the wrong address). 

I reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. If they are changed after a package is sent out, that package only has to abide by the previous terms.
